A list mapping joins one Mail Hub contact list to one external Mailchimp audience or Brevo list.
- Push: sends eligible Mail Hub opt-ins and configured unsubscribe state to the provider.
- Pull: imports provider subscriber state into the mapped Mail Hub list.
- Two-way: pulls first, then pushes. This order helps ensure a provider-side unsubscribe is not overwritten by stale local state.
Automatic mappings are checked by the Mail Hub cron worker. Manual synchronization remains available from the connection page.
Source of truth: Mail Hub keeps its own consent and suppression controls. External provider state is synchronized conservatively rather than blindly replacing local compliance records.
