Paid Business and Agency organizations can connect Mailchimp under Growth → Integrations.
- Ask a platform administrator to configure the Mailchimp OAuth client credentials for the Mail Hub installation.
- An organization administrator chooses Connect Mailchimp.
- Authorize the customer-owned Mailchimp account.
- Open the connected account and map a Mail Hub contact list to a Mailchimp audience.
- Choose Push, Pull or Two-way synchronization and run the first sync manually.
Two-way synchronization pulls Mailchimp unsubscribe/cleaned state first. Mail Hub only pushes contacts marked Opted in as subscribed.
Consent: Unknown or legitimate-interest contacts are not silently converted into Mailchimp marketing subscribers.
