The Mail Hub stores account profiles, organization settings, domains, encrypted mailbox credentials, contacts, campaign records, delivery events and support communications required to provide the service.

Mailbox access

Connected mailbox passwords are encrypted at rest. The application uses them only to authenticate to configured IMAP and SMTP services. Message content is retrieved when a user opens webmail and is not permanently synchronized unless explicitly saved as a local draft or campaign template.

Outreach and prospecting data

Organizations are responsible for lawful contact collection, consent, legitimate-interest assessment and compliance with applicable anti-spam and privacy requirements. Native prospecting stores company-domain research, public website signals, inferred email candidates and verification results inside the organization workspace. Inferred candidates are labelled as inferred and do not become campaign-eligible merely because they were discovered. Unsubscribe requests are stored in a suppression list.

Intent and AI Sales Agent data

Organizations may configure first-party intent sources for events such as pricing views, demo requests, form submissions, product activation and email engagement. Anonymous first-party activity remains anonymous unless it can be matched to an existing organization contact using data supplied through an approved source. AI Sales Agents store fit/intent scores, message drafts, delivery outcomes and learning summaries required to operate the feature. Autonomous sending remains subject to consent, suppression and sending safeguards.

Membership referrals

Referral records may include the referring member, referred organization, referral status, reward amount, payout preference and payment/payout references required to administer the member referral program.

Security and retention

Access is controlled by organization and role. Audit events are retained for security and troubleshooting. Account owners may request export or deletion through support, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.
