Use keywords for the language your team naturally searches, such as proposal, renewal, webinar or support. Use triggers for the event that makes the content relevant, such as Quote sent, New customer, Invoice due or Customer success. You can also type an organization-specific trigger key when your workflow uses a different event.
This metadata improves discovery without asking AI to recreate copy your team already uses repeatedly.
