Open Setup Centre to see whether the workspace has the required foundation for reliable Mail Hub operation.
The required checklist covers a connected sender mailbox, an authenticated sending domain, organization compliance address, contacts and a real test message. Optional items include the first campaign and AI assistance.
Incomplete required setup can also appear on Overview and Work Queue. You may hide those prompts without losing access to the Setup Centre itself.
