Starter provides the basic workspace. Business and Agency unlock advanced capabilities only after the paid membership has been verified and activated.
Advanced capabilities include Google/Microsoft OAuth, campaigns, AI, email branding, native prospecting, CRM pipeline and other paid workflows.
A pending membership request does not bypass server-side feature gates.
