Platform administrators can open Administration → Database & Workers to inspect the operational state of Mail Hub.
- Confirm the current schema migration is applied.
- Review critical indexes and database size.
- Inspect cron/worker run history and failures.
- Check queued/failed standard mail and stale campaign claims.
- Review subscription drift and deprecated provider settings.
- Review legacy tables without deleting them automatically.
Reconcile data can repair currently valid paid-order/subscription drift and remove obsolete provider-control settings. Run retention cleanup applies the configured operational log retention immediately.
Back up first: schema migrations and manual database maintenance should always be performed after a verified database backup.
